課堂經歷
During our Live, one-time class we will learn basic ballet moves and dance to popular songs from our favorite movies! We will dance to music from Frozen, Encanto, and The Little Mermaid. In particular, we will dance to "Let it Go," "Into The Unknown," "Waiting for a Miracle," "What Else Can I Do?," and "Part of Your World." We will learn movements for each song by viewing images shared on screen and then put them all together at the end of our time together. Each song has a ballet movement and the learners will learn a complete "routine" to show their friends & family afterwards. If time allows, we will play a game of freeze dance.

With any physical activity, there are important precautions to take. Please make sure to have adequate space to dance, wear appropriate attire that allows the learner to move comfortably, and bring a water bottle.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
