Class Experience

Beginner - Intermediate Level
Sun Salutation is a playful and engaging yoga flow designed to introduce beginners to yoga poses and the connection between the breath and body movements. The movements will be mindful and taught step-by-step, with a focus on alignment, at a pace that is slow and steady. The benefits of this practice are truly endless. It's a total body workout, it's calming and empowering at the same time, it promotes a sense of accomplishment, and leaves a positive effect on the body and mind for the rest of the day. This class will start with a quick warm-up to set us up for the rest of the class, our sequence of yoga poses, a relaxation period, a short, guided meditation, or guided visualization to close our class. There will be time at the end of our class for open discussion and feedback.
