Supply List
Learner will require a quiet space in the home without interruptions or unnecessary electronics.

Learner may practice sitting on a chair in the western style, or in the traditional meditative posture sitting in a comfortable cross legged pose on a cushion. Either choice is fine, what matters is that Learner will be comfortable so he/she may hold the pose steadily and comfortably.

Learner may want to keep a notebook and pen handy to write down any notes of personal interest like in a journal.
External Resources
