Individual One on One Preschool Readiness Private Tutoring- Fun Lessons!

This is a private ongoing 1:1 class that will focus on your learner's needs and help prepare them for preschool. For our first meeting, I will do a simple assessment to determine where your child is at and how I can prepare lessons to best support their needs for upcoming lessons. Lots of colorful images and activities will be utilized to make classes (not only) informative but fun. Please message me before class, so we can discuss if there is anything your learner would specifically like to work on and how I can make the class as rewarding as possible. 

Topics we may explore and/or review during classes include:
1. Colors
2. Shapes
3. Letters and sounds
4. Numbers and counting
5. Speaking skills
6. Listening skills
7. Comprehension skills
8. Building sentences
9. Following directions
10. Social skills

We will generally focus on 1-3 skills per session. I strive to make each lesson fun, interactive and engaging through google slides and powerpoint presentations. We may even listen to a song or two!  

My approach with young learners is very patient and kind. I emphasize positive reinforcement as much as possible and let the students know that their hard work is paying off.  Throughout the class, students receive lots of praise—words like "Good work! You're doing great! Excellent job!"—to keep them motivated and confident in their progress.
