Phonics and Montessori CVC Words Full Curriculum Class

The Montessori Pink Series is the first step in Montessori language development aimed at introducing children to simple, phonetic words, typically CVC (Consonant-Vowel-Consonant) words. The Pink Series follows a sequential approach designed to help children gradually build their reading and writing skills.

• Week 1: Initial letter sounds A to G/ Initial letter sounds H to N

• Week 2: Initial letter sounds O to T/Initial letter sounds U to Z

• Week 3: Pink series words-short vowel "a"

• Week 4: Pink Series word family for vowel "e"

• Week 5: Pink Series word family for vowel "i"

• Week 6: Pink Series word family for vowel "o"

• Week 7: Pink Series word family for vowel "u"

• Week 8: Review of the lesson by building CVC words.
