This is a 1 hr a week class
This section will start on May 1st after my surgery recovery. 

Please read the description before enrolling your child. This is a beginner class, for children who are beginners at all levels in Mandarin; listening, reading, writing, speaking, and translating. The class is (30% Mandarin, and 70% English). It is also for children who have studied Chinese for less than 1 year. It is not for tutoring or only mandarin conversation class (that will be an intermediate/advanced class). If you are uncertain about your child's Mandarin level, feel free to enroll your child in this class as finding the right class for the child sometimes is not easy, if you are unsatisfied in any way after the first class or find that it isn't the right fit, you may ask for a refund before disenrolling. Since this is an ongoing weekly class, you may withdraw any week. 


-If your child will be going on vacation during the holidays please message me for cancellation ahead of time for a refund. Otherwise, I will assume your child will be coming to class. There are students from different countries, and holidays differ for each individual. Please send me a message for cancellation a week before class to avoid a notification sent automatically by Outschool for missing a class. I have never taken holiday breaks or breaks in general when teaching here. The only chance that it might happen is when there is an emergency and I will try my best to let you know a week ahead of time as well. 

Following the curriculum I have set up, Each week we will go over one of these topics
For younger and older children, the lessons will be different. 
For older children (8+), there will be more note-taking, fewer games, and crafts

Week of <11/1>:  introduction
Week of <11/8>:  number 1-10
Week of <11/15>:  animal (9 animals)
Week of <11/22>:  animal project.

each week you will receive materials created by me (mostly for children under 8 years old)
