👋 In our course on athletes nutrition, we'll cover a range of topics 🎯 necessary for optimal nutrition 🍴. We'll explore the importance of ⚖️ calcium, the 5 🍲 food groups, debunk common 🏋️‍♀️ sports nutrition myths, and provide guidelines for 🕰️ nutrient timing. 

🎓 Our class will be structured around interactive teaching methods 📹, including Canva presentations 📊 and in-class discussions 💬, to promote active learning 📊 and participation. As experts in nutrition 🏥, our instructors will lead the course with an encouraging 👍, supportive 👏, and inclusive 🌈 approach, creating a safe ❗️ and empowering learning environment 🏫.

Throughout the course, students will engage with each other 🤝 through group discussions 💬, worksheets 📝, and hands-on activities 🎨, allowing for meaningful interaction 💬 and feedback. Assessments will be used to evaluate students' understanding of the material 📊, comprising quizzes 🤔, worksheets 📝, and activities 🎉, with take-home assignment 📧 due each week.
