We'll explore the importance of ⚖️ calcium, the 5 🍲 food groups, debunk common 🏋️♀️ sports nutrition myths, and provide guidelines for 🕰️ nutrient timing. 🎓 Our class will be structured around interactive teaching methods 📹, including Canva presentations 📊 and in-class discussions 💬, to promote active learning 📊 and participation. As experts in nutrition 🏥, our instructors will lead the course with an encouraging 👍, supportive 👏, and inclusive 🌈 approach, creating a safe ❗️ and empowering learning environment 🏫. Throughout the course, students will engage with each other 🤝 through group discussions 💬, worksheets 📝, and hands-on activities 🎨, allowing for meaningful interaction 💬 and feedback.
