Our ASL course features live interactive sessions covering the alphabet, greetings, numbers, and everyday phrases. We combine learning with games and real-world scenarios to ensure a fun and comprehensive experience.

Join us for an exciting journey through American Sign Language in our ASL Club Series (Levels 1-4) on Outschool! Whether you're a total beginner or continuing your ASL adventure, there's a place for you here. You can join any level at any time, and we also offer weekly ASL Practice Clubs to reinforce and expand your signing skills.

Lesson 1:
Show What You Know: ASL Skills Check
 Reflect on what you’ve learned and show off your ASL knowledge in this engaging prescreening session. This activity helps us understand what you’ve mastered and where you may need more practice.

Let’s Play: Sports in ASL
 Learn signs for popular sports and how to talk about your favorite activities. Begin exploring sentence structures used in sports-related conversations.

 Learn how to sign common foods and drinks. Practice having simple food-related conversations.

Other Details

Parental Guidance
Students must have their cameras on for each lesson to ensure they can see each other’s hands while signing. We will take turns signing on camera, so it is important to keep your camera on.

Several of our teachers are Deaf, bringing invaluable perspectives and authentic experiences to our program. This diversity enhances our teaching approach, providing students with a deeper understanding and appreciation of American Sign Language and Deaf culture.

Ms.Trina is the founder of ASL Kids Club and has over 20 years of experience teaching and working in school districts with both Deaf and hearing children. This extensive background has allowed her to hand-select each teacher to ensure that students receive top-tier instruction.

Our educators boast impressive credentials and experiences:
- One teacher has spent over two decades as an Educational Interpreter and Tutor, working closely with deaf and hard-of-hearing students. Their passion for sign language is driven by personal experiences with Deaf family members.
- Another teacher is proficient in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, American Sign Language, and Nicaraguan Sign Language. With over 10 years of teaching experience, they have served in various roles such as teaching, assisting, and mentoring students and interpreters.
- We also have a Deaf educator with expertise in speech, lipreading, and sign language. Their patience and kindness have positively impacted many students through their work as a tutor and assistant teacher at the School for the Deaf.
Together, our team is committed to providing an enriching ASL learning experience that accommodates diverse backgrounds and fosters growth.
