🌟 Enrolling now for Fall 2025! Classes begin September 2, 2025. 🌟 👋🏼 ¡Hola, familia! 👋🏼 ¡Bienvenidos! - Welcome! Let's discover your learner's true potential and take their learning adventure to new heights! Our program is all about mastery, engagement, confidence-building, and feeling ready to engage in conversation in Spanish! In our classroom community of respect and friendship, both homeschooled and traditional learners will come together to explore the Spanish-speaking world, fostering a cooperative and supportive learning environment. During our time together, we will dive into comfortable topics in Spanish, exploring the basics to create a solid foundation. Using authentic resources such as videos, menus, the weather forecast and more, we'll build our Spanish comprehension skills to read and understand spoken Spanish. Taking it a step further, we'll practice speaking and writing in Spanish to show off what we've learned. Your child will receive expert guidance from a certified educator in the comfort of your home, creating a dynamic classroom environment that fosters growth. 📓 Inside Our Classroom 📓 Each week we will explore a new topic, building on the last. We reinforce knowledge and skills by beginning with warm-ups to review past topics and ensure a strong foundation. A mini-lesson follows, where we dive deep into the current week's topic, providing students with a comprehensive understanding. To apply what they've learned, we use the effective "I do, we do, you do" approach, allowing for guided practice before transitioning to independent exercises. We wrap up each unit with time to review, explore the concepts further, review feedback, and set goals for the upcoming unit. 📚 Ongoing Learning Support 📚 To enhance learning beyond the classroom, I offer learners optional homework practice with Duolingo, which helps learners practice basic concepts in a gamified app and website. I will also provide practice outside of class through videos and written activities that learners can complete for feedback. ⭐ We're a Team ⭐ I will share a monthly newsletter in the classroom at the start of every month. This newsletter will be a valuable resource for you, containing weekly topics we will cover, any schedule changes, and helpful tips and tricks to support your learners at home. I encourage you and your learner to reach out at any time with questions or concerns you may have. Let's work together to create a nurturing and successful learning environment where your child can thrive. 🎉 Let's explore the Spanish speaking world, familia! 🎉 📌 2024-2025 School Year 📌 🗓 No classes will be held on: 🗓 September: 2nd November: 25th-29th (Fall Break) December: 23rd - 31st (Winter Break) January: 1st-12th (Winter Break) March: 17th-21st (Spring Break) April: 17, 18, 19 (Holy Week in Spain) May: 26th 📌 2025-2026 School Year 📌 🗓 No classes will be held on: 🗓 September: 1st November: 24th-28th (Fall Break) December: 22nd - 31st (Winter Break) January: 1st-9th (Winter Break) March: 16th-20th (Spring Break) May: 25th
