In this class, students will write about and discuss their negative self-talk and how it holds them back in life. They will learn about a part of the brain called the reticular activating system that shows them things throughout the day that support what they are mostly thinking of. From there they will transform the negative self-talk into positive self-talk and create intentions, with positive affirmations and visualization, so that they will continue the transformation of their self-talk. **Please note that I am unable to accommodate last-minute,(within 3 hours) transfers or refunds.
