Fortnite Writing & Crafting IRL (in Real Life) Club
Every week we will respond to a Fortnite-themed writing prompt and complete a coloring or drawing project!

US Grade 5 - 8
Students will be provided a writing prompt to respond to, then will be given the opportunity to share their response with the class. At the end of class, we will have a coloring or drawing project related to the writing prompt. Class expectations, reminder of materials needed, and an icebreaker question, game, or video will be shown the beginning of each class to get students ready to participate. I will often provide examples of how a student might respond to a writing prompt so they have a model they can follow if they feel stuck.
Learning Goals
Students will enhance their creative writing and artistic abilities. Communication skills will be encouraged through sharing writing prompt responses.
