Beginner - Intermediate Level
This self paced course is designed to give learners a basic understanding of health. Students will discuss the following topics: basic anatomy, nutrition, physical activity, health, and safety through interactive videos, lessons, and homework assignments. By the end of the course, the learners will be able to identify body systems, make healthy choices, incorporate safe exercise into their daily routines, understand disease and injury prevention, and have basic safety techniques.
