Class Experience

This Beginner A Gymnastics Class is perfect for the young gymnast without any experience, who is just beginning the sport. This class also caters to those with busy schedules, that do not fit into the current time offerings for my live Gymnastics Class meetings, or who simply do not prefer to take live classes. Self-paced classes allow students to take class anytime of the day or night, at the most convenient time for their schedules.

The class will focus on beginner fundamental gymnastics skills for both the floor exercise, and the balance beam (no equipment required).

Lesson Overview:
All lessons will be approximately between 10-15 minutes long, and will cover a new tumbling skill, jump, and balance beam skill for the week. Students may refer to our 10 minute warm up and stretch video, or choose to stretch themselves prior to class time. All classes will end with a reminder to complete our weekly conditioning list in order to build the strength needed to continue progressing within the sport of gymnastics.

While there will be no required homework, gymnasts are always encouraged to post videos and pictures in our classroom page to showcase their progress and accomplishments. Gymnasts are always welcome to message me for feedback on any given skill they are looking to improve.
