スペイン語ハングアウト: スペイン語メンテナンスグループ

What will this group be about? 
This group is designed to challenge you to engage in short activities to continually stimulate conversation, reading and writing in Spanish. Participants will range from intermediate to advanced and we will help and correct one another as needed. We will all come together in this common place, as a community, to engage in activities that foster continued growth in our language journeys.

How is this group conducted?
Each group member is expected to participate at least weekly. They can choose to engage in posts by the teacher and/or create their own posts to foster interaction depending on how much practice they would like to have. Everyone will have one common goal here...using the language we have already acquired and expanding it through interaction!

My role as a moderator will be to assure a safe space for everyone, model participation, encourage interaction and provide creative ideas, activities, and contexts for these to occur. 

These are the focus of our conversations but we will interact through variety of prompts:
-challenges 
-games
-questions
-expressing what we experience through our senses.
-exploring Spanish speaking countries
...and many others.

How will these interactions be? 
These interactions are sure to be one thing...inspirational! Photography, video, and written submissions will serve as a form of accountability, encouragement and engagement. We will see pictures of a variety of places and cultures from all around the world as our group mates communicate through their particular contexts. We will see a variety of perspectives and points of view because we are all different and notice different things. 
Group-mates will interact with one another's posts to create dialogue around their entries; images, videos, short written texts, etc. 
Participation in moderator-prompted activities is highly encouraged but group mate initiated interaction is absolutely welcomed!
