Students will gain a deep understanding of 7th-grade common core math standards.

I am a certified middle school math teacher in Illinois and Indiana. I hold 2 master’s degrees in teaching and special education and I am currently working on a Ph.D. in curriculum and instruction. I am highly skilled at adapting to different learning styles and tailoring lessons to meet the individual student’s needs. Since 2003 I have taught math to students in 6th thru 10th grade. I have taught students of varied demographics and backgrounds.

Homework is given using the online software IXL math. I use this program to assess students and assign practice. Once your learner is enrolled an IXL account will be created and you will receive their login information.

Written progress reports and official transcripts can be provided to parents or legal guardians upon request.

Each student will be given a username and password to IXL math during the first week of class.
