In this one-time class learners will explore breathing techniques, yoga postures and mindfulness all while going on a fun fairy garden adventure! I’m a Cosmic Kids certified yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I also have a Masters degree in developmental psychology.
Please clear a space to practice yoga in. Have a yoga mat, carpet or towel ready to practice on. Have your child practice in comfortable clothes and bare feet to prevent slipping. Have a water bottle handy.
Please make sure you have an open space set up for your child and supervise in the unlikely event that any injuries occur.
