This is an interactive class where students will explore their strengths and skills and will begin writing down (documenting) their life experiences and successes. I use colorful and age-friendly presentation materials and also incorporate live demonstrations during my class. My teaching style is fun and I adjust to the class and audience, ensuring each student is engaged to the extent necessary to check understanding and comprehension. Students do not need prerequisites or other classes to attend this training.
