This is an ongoing series of everyone's favorite one-time workout classes. Each week we will do one of our many 20 minute workouts: Sonic the Hedgehog, Mario, Marvel Super Heroes, Video Games, Sonic and Mario at the Olympic Games, etc..... If you are looking for a class to get your kiddo moving before school or in between academic work, this is it! In each class I show pictures/clips of the student's favorite characters doing the workout move, and then we all do it together while music from the game/movie plays. The kids get a chance to discuss their favorite characters in between moves while we catch our breath!
