Students will become familiar with Antarctica and learn about six different animals/activities that you can experience on a cruise to Antarctica. They will also learn how to find Antarctica on a map or globe.

We will use this handout during our class, and students will need a pencil or crayon to circle the pictures as we find them. -A second PDF file will also be provided to be used after class is over. This file contains a template for children to complete their own travel scrapbook of their trip to Antarctica. They will need markers/crayons, scissors, and glue to complete their scrapbook. **Please note that if you are unable to print these handouts out before class, your child will still be able to participate and have fun!
