Students are encouraged to learn about a new topic, of their own choosing, every week. They will improve their skills in presenting information to a broad audience, because their fellow students come from different schools, and have knowledge about different topics. In addition, they will also strengthen their theory of mind, because they will have to keep the attention and interest of their fellow students.
I have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. In our program, we had an entire class dedicated to researching and writing essays about new technological advancements. We also had to give presentations about our findings to the entire class. I also have experience in creating presentations that are accessible to the vast majority of people. This skill helped me win bronze in a highschool Science Fair, where I read technical publications about heavy metals, and created diagrams which helped me explain scientific subjects in a manner that was accessible to the layman.

Before every meeting, students must first send me a link or pdf of their slides, and ask if their topic is appropriate to present in front of others. I will look at the slides, and ask questions to ensure that all presentations are appropriate for fellow students, and are not based on sensitive or controversial topics. They will be given a few basic guidelines to help them determine whether a topic is okay to present. I will stop a specific presentation or discussion if I feel like it is approaching sensitive or controversial topics, or if any student becomes uncomfortable.
