Does your learner need to brush up on their spelling? In this group, we will have a weekly spelling test, but in spelling bee style! Students will be given a list of about 10-15 words a week ahead of time to study. They will be pulled from a list of sight words for First and Second Grade students. During class, we will have a spelling bee! If there is a tie, I will pull words from the master list until someone wins. Winner has bragging rights for the whole week! Each week will have different words to study. I loved spelling when I was in school and cannot wait to pass that love on to your learner! Sample weeks: Week of 10/2- About All An Am Are And As At Be Been But Week of 10/9- Called Can Come Could Day Did Do Down Each Find First Week of 10/16- For From Get Go Had Has Have He Her Him His Week of 10/23- Who What When Where Why How They Them This That Actual word list will be given when your learner is enrolled in class.
