In this class, we will create beautiful jellyfish. Learners will get to experiment with the effects of watercolor and crayon resist. We will warm up by sketching a few options for drawing various jellyfish before deciding which to recreate for our final pieces. I will provide support by guiding learners through a few directed drawing examples to begin. I will share some footage of my own original (pre-recorded) video to help provide more visual support. Learners will also improve drawing skills through scaffolding and sharing strategies for future endeavors related to drawing and painting.
