Welcome to Walter the Vault®'s Exciting Financial Literacy Class for Kids!

This class will be a fun journey with Walter the Vault® to realize how to distinguish Wants and Needs, and how to use it, to manage, and spend money. Sometimes the class will be challenging and surprising, while other times it will be filled with music, rhymes, and so much happiness! For this class there are no prerequisites for your kid, just have internet, a screen, and then let our teachers make the magic!

⭐️ In this class, kids will learn:

𐄷 Sorting Needs vs Wants: Dive into the world of prioritization as we learn to distinguish between "needs" and "wants." This foundational skill helps young minds understand the importance of managing expectations and money wisely.

💸 Money Management: Recognize that money is a limited resource. Our class empowers kids to develop crucial financial literacy skills in easy ways, teaching them to start thinking about how to save, spend, invest, give, and budget wisely.

- Our theme song was arranged by Josh Sitron ("Dora the Explorer" theme songwriter). 
- Many of our illustrations come from illustrators who have worked at Disney, Cartoon Network, and Discovery Kids.
- Our animations are directed & produced by an award-winning short film producer.
- Walter was created by an award-winning Tax Attorney / CPA.  She couldn't believe how the most wealthy people had, sometimes, the least understanding of money.  Her goal was to teach kids about money to save them a lot of headache in the future.
- Walter the Vault's Director of Content and Innovation has been teaching on Outschool since 2020.  She adores both companies and sees such value in what each provides.  She's so happy to build this Water the Vault platform on Outschool.
