This vocabulary course was designed for upper elementary and middle school students struggling with reading comprehension, vocabulary, and spelling. Each week a new list of fifteen words is assigned. Each list includes a range of vocabulary words from 6th-8th grade levels. Two videos are released each week. Each video is around 20 minutes in length. A materials packet is provided in PDF format. The materials packet includes at least 4 worksheet activities, a word list with definitions, and answer keys. The class is supplemented by an online digital activity on Quizlet. These activities are customized to each weekly list. There are 20 weeks of content in this course, with each weekly unit containing a customized materials packet, two videos, and a digital activity. Students may submit their homework and expect feedback from the teacher within 24 hours.
