Learners MUST have experience playing in 1st position in order to take this class. Ideally learners will have 6 months to 1.5 years of violin playing. It's ok if you need some help with reading music though! This class is ideal for learners who have started violin or viola at school, or who have taken some private lessons. Week of September 4 - Intro to Group Class, Scales, Icebreaker Game Week of September 11 - Scales, choose repertoire as a class Week of September 18 - Work on selected repertoire Week of September 25 - Continue work on scales and repertoire The above is a sample of what might be covered in group class. This class is learner-directed, so content may vary. This class is listed for ages 9-12 but younger and older learners are also welcome. This class is geared toward learners who have some experience but are still what we would call "late beginner" level. This class is NOT for absolute beginners!

Whether it's a group violin class, a private piano lesson, or an introduction to Hebrew for preschoolers, your child will enjoy the process of learning while having fun at the same time!
Fun fact: About 10 years ago I joked to a friend that I should offer online classes because I had lots of friends in various cities that would frequently tell me they wanted to enroll their kids in my programs. Fast forward to 2020 & here we are! (And still going strong 4 years later!)レビュー
