In this 30 minute demonstration class, students will be introduced to different parts of the violin, learn how to attach a shoulder rest to a violin, tune strings with the help of a digital tuner, and how to rosin and tighten a bow. Instructor will also demonstrate and guide students on how to hold their violin and bow with the correct body posture in resting and playing position sitting down and standing up. Lastly, students will learn how to properly clean and put away their instrument after every use.
