In this class, students will create a fun Valentine's Day craft to celebrate the upcoming holiday! We will begin class with a show and tell. If students wish to share, they can talk about what they like most about Valentines Day! Feel free to dress in red, or pink, or a festive outfit! We will then listen to a fun Valentines story called "There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Rose". This craft will be kept simple enough for most children to do independently but some children may require slight parent assistance! Supplies for this craft include: 1 plain white paper plate, pink or red tissue paper, heart stickers or cut out construction paper hearts, pink and red construction paper, googly eyes, black marker, scissors, and glue!
