Welcome to this fun class where we will talk while we work on this great project! I will ask the learners to put a t-shirt on the table or floor where I will then instruct them how to use just a pair of scissors to turn the t-shirt into a creative bag that can be used to carry things. The point of this class is for learners to use t-shirts that no longer fit or use a t-shirt that is a little worn. We will talk about how we can do our part to help Earth and start living a more sustainable...
I have a degree in Fashion, Business Marketing, and a Masters in Special Education. I am creative and I welcome ways to help our planet one bag at a time. You will need 1 shirt & fabric scissors & measuring tape meant for sewing, marking pen, fabric paint, stencils, paint brushes, and newspapers . You can decorate your bag as you wish. I will show you some examples.
