Students will use simple sewing techniques to create easy sew clothes for their doll. This class is intended to be a social class, students are encouraged to share ideas and designs with each other.
クラス登録時に 1 の学習素材が提供されますYou do not need access to a sewing machine, but the following items are needed: > Sewing threads and needles > A range of material squares (approx 26cm square). Felt squares and t-shirt material are the best options as they are easy to work with, and easy to sew (no hems needed!) > Pencil and Pen > Tracing paper (or parchment paper, greaseproof paper, or very thin paper to trace through) > Plain Paper for the pattern > Pins or dress making clips > Snap fasteners or sewing hooks and eyes > A selection of buttons, ribbons, or other decorations of your choice. > Coloring pencils/pens Students will need access to a printer to print out copies of the templates.
The sessions will require the use of scissors, needles and pins. Some students may require supervision or assistance to complete some steps.
