Welcome, US explorers!

In this ongoing class, students will explore the 50 states and territories of the USA each week. Learner's are introduced to the state's history, major geographical features, capital city, national parks and other notable landmarks. Students will also create and gather state flags each week. This is an enrichment class, so  students may join or take a break at any time.

Lessons will involve a slideshow presentation with opportunities for students to express their opinions. My teaching style is engaging and interactive. I always welcome sharing of any fun facts students may know about the state before lesson begins. I often utilize websites like Google maps to give students an immersive virtual learning experience.  After each class, there will be game time to review the lesson.
