In this class, you will learn the names of the ukulele strings and four basic ukulele chords (C, C7, F, and G). In addition, you will learn and practice two simple ways to strum. It will help if students have taken the Introduction to Ukulele Class or already have knowledge about the ukulele string names and parts of the ukulele. During class, you will play your first, easy, one-chord songs like, "Row, Row, Row Your Boat", The Farmer in the Dell", and “Are You Sleeping?. If time allows, we...
Students will improve their understanding of playing the ukulele using four, basic, easy-to-play chords. Students will also learn simple strumming patterns as well as be able to play a song using what they have learned.
