When we know our self-worth and can be truly mindful in the present moment, we can build strong and meaningful relationships with others, which in turn reduces a tremendous amount of stress and anxiety. I am a certified Yoga Alliance yoga teacher. I also a certified wellness coach and meditation guide. I love yoga and I love sharing it along with all of its benefits with my students.

If you are using a towel please make sure it is not on a slippery surface. Bare feet is preferable as it allows for a better grip. But if you would like to wear socks please make sure they are yoga style socks with grip points on the sole.
