In this ongoing class we will move through a classic Dungeons and Dragons Game, fighting monsters and earning treasure. This is an ongoing class so students can enter and leave the game at any time.  

Each week we will be playing the game Dungeon and Dragons. 

This is an ongoing class so students can join the game at anytime. New Players to the game are welcome.  

Students will need to know the basic rules of the game and have access to all of my Dungeons and Dragons Materials on DnD Beyond.  Students will also need the free Google Chrome extension  for AboveVTT which will allow them to see the maps and to role dice on the screen.
 
 Please have your character sheet filled out with the correct level character for your session before class starts.  Please contact the teacher before your first class to find out what level character you will need for your session. 
  Please be aware that some students have played the game for the whole story and might have a higher character level in the chapter than the starting level.   

Students will work on social and problem solving skills during game play. Students can use characters from other adventures but will need to check what level character to use before their first class. Please contact the teacher with any questions.

The  adventure we will be playing is  a classic Dungeon exploration game.  Student will play the adventure Waterdeep: Dragon Heist. Students will be fighting monsters, solving puzzles, and earning treasures.  Students will earn experience points as they solve problems during the adventure.  Students can use the experience points to level up the character they are playing.


Students will choose the topic for  each class based on the adventure hooks provided at the start of each class.

 Week of 9/13-9/19:  Find the missing friend, clear the bookstore of a monster or hunt a troll
 Week of 9/20-9/26:  Rescue the noble, protect the sewer workers, locate the spy
Week of 9/27-10/3:  Guard the farm, solve the ghost mystery, remove the rats 
 Week of 10/4-10/10:  Deliver the potions, find the missing hiker, solve the mystery in the park
