Students will learn about breach of warranties and other related topics. They will be able to apply their knowledge to relevant cases and real-world events. This class will be beneficial to all students, as this topic should be explored by anyone that is a--or will be--a consumer. 

I am a law student and have successfully studied and achieved high grades in my contract law courses. I have been formally trained in legal research and have six years of paralegal experience putting those research skills into practice. I have been successful in conveying complex legal topics to students of all ages.
