Who are the Luopeans? A tribe of people in East Africa around the Lake Nam Lolwe ( formerly known as L. Victoria).The Luo People are Lake Nilotes who are heirs of Ramogi their Ancestor. They are found in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia and The DRC. They are fishermen, farmers and pastoral herders. Luos are some of the smartest and educated people in the region.
