Plastic disposable icing bags also known as pastry bags. There are also reusable pastry bags. Tip 16, 18, or 21 (these are star tips) 1 Couple optional 6-8 cupcakes or more if you have 2 or more cans of frosting Sprinkles optional Wax paper Cylinder cup or container Food colors 2-3 Rubber bands
