Hello! Here's a class to get your teen on the right financial path for the rest of their lives.  Learn good money habits now to carry through to adulthood, ALL WHILE HAVING FUN!!! 
We'll talk about how to get organized- how to save money, set savings goals, spend money wisely, and share ideas of how to be charitable with others, all with real-life examples.  
We will talk about how teens can earn money, some job searching tips, and strategies to make better decisions when buying what they're saving up for. 
We will discuss different ways to borrow money, and the pitfalls of borrowing. 
I will also give a basic overview of the stock market, explaining how it works.

The goal is to create comfort for your kids around money and budgeting. I want them to start thinking about how they spend their money, and how easy it is to start good saving and spending habits!  The more they learn and practice, the more likely they’ll keep doing it. As parents, there’s a lot of peace of mind that comes from knowing that our kids have the tools they need to be financially fit.

Here is a loose breakdown of how time will be spent in class:
1.	5 minutes of opening conversation
2.	15 minutes of presentation or lecture filled with conversational learning with the learners
3.	10 minutes of hands-on or Q&A discussion

There will be class discussion throughout. Class participation is not mandatory, but is welcomed. My goal is for everyone to feel that the classroom is a safe place, to share ideas, and to have fun.  I want my students to leave class feeling excited about saving money and the confidence that brings.  I'm excited to meet you soon!
