In this hands-on class, your teen will learn how to roll Maki rolls and inside out rolls (rice on the inside and rice on the outside). We will make the sushi rice and talk about the importance of getting the rice correct. We will focus on the imitation crab salad generally used to fill California rolls, but you may choose any fillings you like and I will instruct your teen on how to use those ingredients appropriately.
