Nintendo Switch 用『スーパーマリオ 3D ワールド』ビデオゲーム クラブ - プレイしよう!

In this weekly ongoing class, students will have the opportunity to play through levels in Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury online with other kids around the world in a moderated environment. 
If there are 1 - 3 learners enrolled in a section, I will be joining in playing with them. If there are four learners or more, students will be divided into groups to play in separate breakout rooms and I will be monitoring each room throughout the class to make sure everyone is having fun and students are being respectful of one another. All students will be given equal playing time. 
Students are welcome to simply watch and talk about their favorite Nintendo games with other learners if they don't want to play. As this is an ongoing class, students are welcome to join in or leave the course at any time.

REQUIRED MATERIALS:
- A Nintendo Switch or Switch Lite
- Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury
- A subscription to Nintendo's online service
- A stable (ideally high-speed) Internet connection

INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOW TO JOIN AN ONLINE GAME:
Before following these steps, please make sure to add me as a friend on the account you will be playing on. This will be the account that has an active Nintendo Online subscription. To do this, select the appropriate avatar in the top left corner of the Switch's main menu. From there, you can scroll down and you will see "Add Friend." Go over to the right and scroll down to "Search with Friend Code." Type in my friend code which I will provide in the online classroom here on Outschool, and voilà! 

1. Start Super Mario 3D World and enter the World Map
2. Press the R-button to access the "Local/Online Multiplayer" option
3. At the "Connect and Play" screen, select "Online Play"
4. At the "Online Play" screen, select "Join Game"
5. To be able to see the room I have created, students will need to have me added as a friend on their account.
I will provide this information in the online classroom which can be seen once enrolled.
6. Select my room and hit join!
