Welcome to "Fortnite Teen Hangout," the ultimate social space for teens to connect, play, and chat in the Fortnite universe! This club is all about fostering a sense of community and providing a platform for teens to enjoy Fortnite together.

Class Structure:
No lessons, just pure gameplay and socializing! The class is structured as an informal and laid-back club where teens can jump into Fortnite matches, form squads, and enjoy the game with their peers. The focus is on creating a comfortable and inclusive environment for everyone to have a good time.

How the Club Operates:
The club sessions will revolve around Fortnite gameplay and open discussions. Teens can join the virtual club room, where they'll have the freedom to form squads, share strategies, and dive into matches together. The emphasis is on creating a space for casual gaming, where the primary goal is to have fun and build connections.

Interaction Opportunities:
Interaction is at the heart of this club. Participants will have the chance to engage in voice chats, and text discussions, and share their Fortnite experiences. All discussions will take place during class on Zoom. Whether it's swapping gaming tips, discussing favorite skins, or planning in-game strategies, the club provides a variety of avenues for interaction. The emphasis is on creating a sense of camaraderie among the members.

Teaching Style:
This club takes a hands-off approach, allowing teens to drive their own gaming experience. The facilitator will act more as a moderator, ensuring everyone has a chance to share and contribute. The atmosphere is relaxed, encouraging teens to express themselves and enjoy Fortnite in a social setting.

Required Experience/Knowledge:
No specific experience or knowledge is required to join the Fortnite Teen Hangout. Whether you're a seasoned Fortnite player or a newcomer to the game, everyone is welcome. The only prerequisite is a passion for Fortnite and a desire to connect with other teens who share the same interests.

Breakout Rooms:
Each breakout room will be organized by the teacher. Learners will be placed in a breakout room with others who are on the same level of gameplay or close. 
For example: 
Room 1: Beginners level
Room 2: Intermediate/Advanced level

Breakout rooms are closely monitored by the teacher. I jump from room to room and monitor each group on my iPad. 

Learners will need:
Fortnite the game fully downloaded and updated before class.
Gamertag sent to the teacher prior to class 
Fortnite is available on PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4 & PS5 and Xbox
