In this fascinating Winter Camp, students will learn about some various kinds of extreme weather that happen on earth. We will cover a few different areas of the topic: Hurricanes, Tornadoes and other weather and how they work. Video clips, photo slides and fun trivia facts will be used to make the class more engaging for the students and make what they are learning seem more real and leave a positive impression on their minds.
On the first day, students will learn all about Hurricanes. How they form, work and how to stay safe.
On the second day, students will learn about extreme kinds of winter weather, like Blizzards and Ice Storms.
On the third day, students will learn about some of the effects caused by extreme weather, like floods, hailstorms, wildfires and how lightning works.
On the last day, students will learn all about Tornadoes. How they form, work and what we can do to be prepared and stay safe.
The class will be very interactive and students will be able to express themselves and show what they have learned through discussion and question and answer. At the end of the class, students will have an opportunity to share what inspired them the most and why.学習到達目標
This class will educate and inspire students about various kinds of extreme weather on our earth. They will learn about how these weather systems form and work, and also how to prepare and stay safe. It will impress on their mind and help build awareness about the world around them.

Hello! My name is Matt and I live in Ontario Canada. I love teaching and have been teaching and helping people learn for over 10 years. I have also worked as an online ESL teacher for 3 years teaching English, Science and Social Studies to children aged 3 to 18 years old.
One of my greatest passions is travel and seeing other countries! I have been to places in North and South America, Europe and Asia and I have learned so much about other cultures and parts of the world along the way. I also love studying maps, geography, weather and climates.
In my classes, I want to share with students my knowledge and the experience that I have from teaching and traveling. My aim is to help my students to learn new things and to see how knowledge can help to improve their lives and give them a brighter future.
