Practice flexibility, strength, and overall well-being with regular stretching exercises. 
We will also practice some holds, muscle work, and balance exercises.

In this course we will practice nurturing healthy habits from a young age. Here’s why stretching should be a part of every days' routine:

1. Boost Flexibility: Help your learner reach new physical heights by improving their range of motion and flexibility.

2. Prevent Injuries: Keep your little athlete in the game with stretches that reduce the risk of strains and sprains.

3. Build Stronger Bodies: Enhance performance in sports and activities by promoting strong, supple muscles.

4. Foster Relaxation: Encourage stress relief and relaxation with stretches that promote a calm mind and body.

5. Develop Good Habits: Establish a foundation for lifelong health and fitness practices with simple stretching routines.

I will guide learners through some basic stretches, incorporating highlight areas each week. 

This will help them grow stronger, move better, and feel their best every day.

1. Range of motion exercises, shoulder stretching focus, full body routine stretches.

2. "Make a Pizza!" stretches, legs focus, full body routine stretches.

3. Back mobility and abs focus, plank challenges, full body routine stretches.

4. Balance day, holds practice, full body routine stretches

保護者へのお知らせ
Please ensure your learner has an open workout space, free from things they may knock over or that could fall on them. Socks helps to be able to slide and stretch! (Shoes optional). We will stretch light and warm up together - no independent warm up is necessary.
