Welcome to our weekly Star Wars training! Each week students will attend one of our various Star Wars themed workouts. These classes incorporate Star Wars music, animations, moves, and discussion into each class! Students will get an opportunity to discuss Star Wars trivia with other fans, burn off some serious energy, and learn some new Star Wars moves and skills! Please bring a light saber or something similar to one if possible! These classes are a little longer than our regular workouts (30 minutes instead of 20) to allow time for more discussion and engagement from the students in between workout moves! Each week we will rotate through a variety of Star Wars fitness classes: Week of November 3rd: Jedi Academy Workout Week of November 10th: Star Wars Workout Week of November 17th: Light Saber Training Week of November 24th: Jedi Academy Workout Week of December 1st: Star Wars Workout Week of December 8th: Light Saber Training Week of December 15th: Jedi Academy Workout Week of December 22nd: Star Wars Workout Week of December 29th: Light Saber Training TECHNICAL PROBLEMS Please test Zoom before class. Once class has started each teacher will be fully present with the class and will not be accessing The classroom or emails. Students of various athletic and academic abilities are all welcome, and classes are designed to accommodate new students, and students with experience. All successes are celebrated, and children will leave class feeling confident and proud of their hard work.
