In this class students will spell words provided by the teacher that will vary each time this course is scheduled. We will count the syllables before spelling each word that helps with pronouncing and visualizing how words are spelled. Spelling well is an important skill to have and good to continue to improve on. The words that will be used were obtained from a list of 3rd grade spelling words. We will use auditory, visual and social techniques to learn as a group. We will practice and spell together also individually (everyone can always take part on chat when taking turns by messaging the teacher the spelling of each word). Your child can be in a different grade and still take part in this class.
