I have worked with young children, both in and out of the classroom setting, for over 16 years! I have been taking ASL courses for several years and I have taken several college courses towards my ASL Interpreter Certification.
Materials are not necessary for the majority of classes, however I will be suggesting items that students bring to class or have accessible. For example, I may ask your child to find different items of different colors when learning our colors. This is optional and only if your child chooses to participate.
