SMALL(ER) HUMANS of all ages will learn about measuring (liquid AND dry), proper food handling, safety, storage, and clean up. We will learn to share ideas and techniques amongst each other, while accepting varying opinions, thoughts, and desires about cooking. Always remember, cooking is not only about the food: it's about building a community of ideas to make dishes that everyone will be proud to learn about, serve, and share.
I have been cooking for more than 30 years. My talents have been developed commercially, as well as in my home. Whether it be cooking alongside my grandmother when I was a SMALL HUMAN, or behind the scenes with a 5-Star Chef, I have gained experience in Fast Food, Fine Dining, Casual Dining, Greasy Spoons.... I have been a dish washer, bus boy, waiter, prep cook, Junior Chef, Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, and General Manager. HOWEVER, my greatest assets are patience, empathy, understanding, and the will to teach what I know. I also want to have.................FUN

There will never be homework assigned during classes with CHEF KENDAD. Although experimentation using the skills learned in class will be encouraged, it will be up to the individual SMALL(ER) HUMAN to use his/her knowledge on their own time. HOWEVER, there will always be suggestions and tips for everyone to use in their daily lives, with the hope that those ideas will always come back better.授業以外に週あたり 1 - 2 時間の学習が期待されます

At the end of every session, each SMALL HUMAN will receive a verbal assessment regarding interaction, creativity, sharing, understanding, effort, and, most importantly, appreciation.成績が提供されます
Although not 'specifically' designed for any type of special need, every student is welcome, and will feel at home, here in my kitchen. A mother of a SPECIAL NEEDS HUMAN has volunteered to speak with anyone with any questions.
For the sake of safety, all SMALL HUMANS must take the following 1-hour class... "Prerequisite" to Simple Dinner Ideas (for the Small Humans) NO AGE Restrictions ...before entering their first cooking class.
