このクラスで学べること
In this class I will show students step by step how to sew their own scrunchie. Students may choose to sew by hand or use a sewing machine. I encourage students to ask questions throughout class and will help them through any problems they encounter. If you student is using a sewing machine, they should be able to thread the machine and sew a straight stitch. If you student is hand sewing, they should be able to thread a needle and tie a knot. I will demonstrate each step from cutting the fabric to sewing the scrunchie using both hand sewing and a machine. Students who choose to use hand sewing may not complete the project during class but will learn every step to finish independently.

Students can choose a sewing machine or hand sewing. With both methods, students will be using scissors and sewing needles.
受講に必要なもの
At least a 6”x24” piece of fabric 1/8” wide elastic (5 inches) Scissors Needle and thread (or sewing machine and thread)
