The goal of this book club is to keep students reading highly acclaimed books and analyze each one through discussion and writing. Over the course of the semester, we will read a variety of highly acclaimed fantasy books. Book clubs are a great way to teach students to form and share opinions with others which is an important skill to have as they get older. I run all book clubs so that every student is able to answer questions that I pose and participate in a lively discussion. My goal for the students is to get them to share their thoughts however they feel comfortable doing that.
