During this course, students learn a variety of drawing and coloring methods. Children have fun with Rozine's curriculum which includes seasonal pop art, cartooning, and graphic design. The subject of this drawing class is Halloween Haunted House! Rozine will show students step-by-step, how to draw a haunted house with broken windows, shutters, ghosts and bats. Rozine has illustrated and published nine coloring books. She also taught cartooning classes in Chicago and Los Angeles since 2006. She creates a relaxing atmosphere, encouraging connection amongst others, as well as confident self-expression.
Students will need either a sketchpad, or 5-10 sheets of drawing or printer paper. Pencils and erasers are a must. Coloring utensils can be crayons, colored pencils, and/or markers. A Sharpie marker is optional. Students can frame their artwork by stapling or taping it to a larger sheet of colored construction paper (also optional).
