SAT Prep Class for High Schoolers: Additional Class Details

What Will Be Taught?
This 4-week SAT Prep class is designed to equip students with the tools, strategies, and knowledge needed to perform confidently and successfully on the SAT. The class focuses on test-taking strategies, content review, and practice to maximize scores.  

How Is the Class Structured?**  
The course is divided into four weekly sessions, each lasting two hours:  
1. **Lecture (30 minutes):** Overview of the week’s focus area and key strategies.  
2. **Interactive Practice (60 minutes):** Hands-on practice problems with step-by-step guidance.  
3. **Review and Q&A (30 minutes):** In-depth explanations of answers and time for questions.  

How Will I Teach?**  
- **Multimedia Tools:** Lessons will include slides, video clips, and practice problem walkthroughs.  
- **Interactive Activities:** Students will work on practice problems in pairs or groups to encourage peer learning.  
- **Real-World Application:** Practice tests will mimic the actual SAT format to build familiarity and reduce test anxiety.
